The 'open source' attitude that came with the development of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) encouraged all kinds of information to be available on the internet. As you might expect, this information is of varying quality. So with that in mind, these are my recommended online EFT resources.
Perhaps an obvious place to start is with 'the source'. The introductory video below from the 1990's shows the founder and creator of EFT Gary Craig, describing and demonstrating what is known as the 'Basic Recipe'.

The EFT Discovery Statement: "The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.” |
Another resource I recommend is this DVD which follows ten participants of a weekend EFT training in 2007. The producers have now made it freely available on youtube.
Emotional in parts, but ultimately up-lifting and inspiring, it's full of really good info by some top EFT trainers and is a great demonstration of the many of the different approaches to tapping.
The film was made by the brother and sister team behind The Tapping Solution - another excellent source of information. - including latest information on the research into EFT.
